Interactive demos were key for attendees to taste the freshly brewed coffee, as well as including personalised demonstrations, showcasing the machine’s features and special promotions such as discounts or free gifts with purchase. These strategies were worked on with the aim to engage potential customers and highlight the unique benefits of Philips’ bean to cup coffee machines.
